Best experience EVER. My little boy is an anxious baby who has gotten worse and worse with nail trims as the years go by. He has been attacked by bigger dogs before and his whole personality shifted and the anxiety and fear can be so hard. It can be so hard to communicate this without feeling judged. But Samantha took such good care of him and got those nails done! And a nice holiday bath with some antlers to match. Samantha has been our go-to Groomer for our sweet little corgi, for a long time. She’s always done an amazing job with his thick, fluffy double-coated fur. He hasn’t always been an easy dog at the groomer, but with her patience and care he has gotten much better with her, and we really appreciate all the attention and patience that she’s given in order to get him to this point. There’s often a pleasant surprise that no one paid for but she’s happy to add into the service, like a sweet new bandana or a keepsake keychain with his fur in it for examples. It’s these little touches that make Samantha a groomer who obviously goes above and beyond because she loves the animals and is passionate about what she does.
